The Maritim Apartment is located approximately a 13-minute walk, about 750m, from Banj Beach, where you can enjoy sunbathing and cooling off in the crystal-clear sea. The apartment offers air-conditioned rooms. Additionally, the property provides free Wi-Fi in all areas.
The Maritim Apartment is just a 5-minute walk, approximately 300m, from the sea promenade, where you can find and enjoy many bars and restaurants with Croatian delicacies. Excursions with excursion boats to the enchanting islands of the Kornati National Park also depart from the harbor promenade. The surroundings of Šibenik are ideal for cycling and motorcycle tours. A lockable garage for bicycles and motorcycles is available. Guided bicycle and mountain bike tours can be organized for our guests.

Information about the surroundings
Šibenik is one of the few places worldwide to possess two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. These are the Cathedral of St. James and the Fortress of St. Nicholas. The cathedral has a 32-meter-high dome and is considered the largest stone-built church in the world. The Renaissance fortress of St. Nicholas is located at the entrance of the St. Ante Channel, connecting the city to the open sea. Built in the 16th century to defend the city, it is one of the last three such fortresses in the Mediterranean.
The unique Krka National Park with Croatia’s most beautiful waterfalls is worth a visit and is only about 16 km from the apartment. The waterfalls are easily accessible by boat from the town of Skradin.
